Terms of Service

Service relationship

By engaging Mansfield SEO Company you enter into a month-to-month service relationship. There are no long-term contracts unless explicitly agreed in writing. Either party may cancel with notice as described below.

What we deliver

Every package includes specific, written deliverables (keyword research, on-page work, backlinks, citations, content pieces, hours of work). These deliverables are documented in your engagement letter and confirmed monthly in your report.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. No cancellation fee. Work in progress is completed through the current billing period. Cancellations after the billing cycle starts are honored for the following cycle.

Billing

Billing is monthly via Stripe. UK clients are billed in GBP at prevailing exchange rates with no card surcharges. US clients are billed in USD. Failed payments suspend service after a 7-day grace period.

Refunds

If we fail to deliver the work specified in your package during a given month, we will refund or credit the affected work proportionally. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of agreement.

Intellectual property

Content we produce for your business (articles, page copy, design assets) belongs to your business upon publication and full payment. Backlinks, citations, and Google Business Profile improvements remain in place permanently. Proprietary processes, internal documentation, and unbilled deliverables remain our property.

Confidentiality

We treat client information, business details, and engagement specifics as confidential. We do not share client information or specifics with third parties without explicit consent. NDA agreements are available on request.

Results disclaimer

We work to industry best practices and have a strong track record, but search engine rankings are influenced by factors outside our control including algorithm changes, competitor activity, and your own business decisions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.

Liability limits

Total liability for any engagement is limited to fees paid in the trailing 90 days. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or revenue-related damages. This is standard for SEO services and matches industry norms.
